About us

The Center for Digital Law has a vision to position the National University of Management (NUM) as a research and study center of excellence in the field of laws and regulations on digitalization, technology and environment in Cambodia.

In realizing the above vision, The Center for Digital Law has the following missions:

  • To conduct study on the evolution and transformation of the digital society and economy together with the development of policies and laws governing digital technology;
  • To propose new legal concepts and practical solutions to problems and challenges related to the development of digital society and economy based on the comparative law approach and other relevant methodologies;
  • To develop training, research and publication, dissemination and service activities in laws and regulations on digitalization, technology and environment for the benefit of the academic community, policy and law makers, practitioners and other related stakeholders;
  • To contribute to the NUM’s university’s digital activities, and in particular the Digital Economy Lab and Digital Skill Development Program;
  • To collaborate with national, regional and international educational as well as research institutions in joint researches, publications, researcher exchanges, student exchanges, workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.;
  • To collect law and policy documents related to digital, technology and environment.
